Operator

Workilo is operated by AIAB Software Group Inc., a corporation registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada. References to "Workilo," "we," or "us" in these terms refer to AIAB Software Group Inc.

Third-Party Platforms

Workilo integrates with third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and others. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Workilo to take actions on that account on your behalf — including but not limited to publishing posts, reading engagement metrics, and accessing account metadata — solely as required to deliver the Workilo features you have enabled.

Your use of these third-party platforms is also governed by each platform's own terms of service. Workilo is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, or any other third-party platform operator. Workilo is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with these companies.

Termination

• Breach of Terms: Workilo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
• Voluntary Termination: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@workilo.io.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIAB Software Group Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The exclusive venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services shall be the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
