Your Right to Data Deletion
AIAB Software Group Inc. respects your right to request deletion of personal data Workilo holds about you.
To request deletion of your Workilo account and all associated data, including any data Workilo has received
from third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, etc.) on your behalf, please follow these steps:
- Email privacy@workilo.io with the subject line: DELETE MY DATA
- Include the email address associated with your Workilo account, and any third-party account IDs you want
explicitly deleted (optional — we will delete all data linked to your Workilo account by default).
- We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of receipt,
in accordance with applicable privacy laws including PIPEDA.
- If your account is connected to a Meta platform (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), you may also revoke
Workilo's access directly via Meta — visit facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations and remove Workilo from your authorized apps.
What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your Workilo user account and profile information
- All workflow data, conversation history, and generated content
- All third-party platform connection data, including OAuth access tokens and account identifiers
- Post engagement data (impressions, reach, reactions) for content published through Workilo
- Any files or documents you uploaded to Workilo
Aggregated, anonymized analytics data that cannot be linked back to your identity may be retained.

using Facebook Login and Pages APIs.
